📦 Shipping & Delivery

We bake and ship on Wednesdays (order deadline Tuesday 00:00). After shipping, delivery usually takes one day. Delays caused by the postal service or force majeure are beyond our responsibility.

Collection from us

You can select "collection from us" at Mühlegasse 18 in your shopping cart. Orders placed by Tuesday 00:00 can be collected on Wednesday between 16:30 and 18:00.

❌ Returns & Exchanges

As these are perishable food items, we unfortunately cannot offer returns or exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, this is only possible within 8 hours of placing your order. Please contact us via email at info@sweetsociety.ch.

Please note: We accept no liability for delivery delays by the postal service or for damage to goods during transport. Once your order leaves our production kitchen, responsibility lies with the postal service.
